Shipping policy

Estimated ship dates are provided below the product name on each page and on the cart page during checkout. We maintain a near 95% on-time shipping rate based on those estimates. An automated email with the tracking information for your shipment will be sent out as soon as it ships.

Most orders are shipped via UPS SurePost, while orders for single squeeze bottles are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Heavier orders may ship via UPS Ground. Most orders arrive within 3 days of shipping.
