Vanilla Honey Energy Bites

These peanut buttery energy bites featuring Firebee Vanilla Honey are the perfect pre-workout snack. They also make for a great afternoon pick-me-up. No matter how you're snacking, this guilt-free recipe will satisfy your sweet tooth!



Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter (or nut butter of choice)
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup Firebee Vanilla Honey
  • Shredded Coconut (or your topping of choice)


Step 1

Combine all ingredients, excluding the coconut, into a medium-sized bowl and stir to combine.

Step 2

Place in refrigerator for thirty minutes to chill. (This makes them easier to roll.)

Step 3

Remove them from the fridge and roll into bite-sized pieces with the palms of your hands.

Step 4

Roll you energy bites in the shredded coconut (or your choice of topping.)

Step 5

Store the energy bites in the fridge for up to two weeks.

Step 6
