Hot Cocoa Cookies
Chocolate cookies with mini chocolate chips, hot chocolate mix, and mallow bits are just as good as they sound! So good in fact, that you may not even need hot cocoa to go with them!
Ingredients
- 1 c. butter
- 2/3 c. Firebee Chocolate Honey
- 2/3 c. brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 c. all purpose flour
- 4 pkgs. hot cocoa mix - NOT SUGAR FREE
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 c. mini chocolate chips
- 1 c. Mallow Bits - mini marshmallows do not work the same and will make a big, sticky mess
Instructions
Step 1
Beat butter, Firebee Chocolate Honey, and brown sugar together in a large bowl until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla and mix well.
Step 2
Add in the dry ingredients and mix until blended. Stir in the mini chocolate chips and Mallow Bits and then cover and chill for 30 minutes.
Step 3
When ready to bake, preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Drop dough (approximately 2 Tbsp.) onto baking sheets about 2 inches apart.
Step 4
Bake 9-11 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Cool on baking sheets for 5 minutes and then transfer to wire racks. Enjoy!
