Firebee BBQ Chicken Pizza Bread
This dinner is perfect for those nights when you're hungry and don't have a lot of time. Using a rotisserie chicken speeds this meal to the table.
Ingredients
- 1 loaf of French bread
- 1 c. Firebee BBQ Sauce
- 2 c. mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- 1/2 rotisserie chicken, shredded
- 1/4 c. red onion, chopped
- cilantro (optional)
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees and line a sheet pan with aluminum foil for easy cleanup.
Step 2
Mix the shredded chicken with enough Firebee BBQ Sauce to moisten it.
Step 3
Cut your bread in half lengthwise. Spread each half with Firebee BBQ Sauce and top with 1 cup of the mozzarella.
Step 4
Top the cheese with the shredded chicken, spreading evenly over each half.
Step 5
Top the chicken with the chopped red onion, the remaining cup of mozzarella and extra Firebee BBQ Sauce.
Step 6
Bake for 15 minutes and top with additional sauce and cilantro if desired.
