Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and spray a 9" x 13" pan with nonstick cooking spray.

In the mixing bowl of a stand mixer or large bowl, combine the melted butter, sugar, and Firebee Chocolate Honey. Add in the eggs and vanilla and combine.

Step 3

Next, add in your flour, cocoa, and salt and mix until combined - batter will be thick.

Step 4

Spread half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan. 

Step 5

Make the cheesecake filling by whisking together the cream cheese, 1 teaspoon vanilla, egg, and 1/3 cup sugar until smooth and no lumps remain.

Step 6

Spread the cheesecake filling on top of the brownie mix in the pan. Add about half a can of cherry pie filling to the top of the cream cheese mixture, spreading it around as you'd like.

Step 7

Top the pan with the remaining brownie batter dropping it by the spoonful. It won't spread well on top of the cherry filling, so just drop spoonfuls where you can. 

Step 8

Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the center appears set. It will be a little bit jiggly due to the cheesecake and cherry filling. 

Step 9

Allow to cool and cut into squares using a plastic knife. The plastic knife makes it easier to cut without sticking.
