Ingredients
- 8 corn tortillas
- Oil of your choice
- 3 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 1 1/2 cups Firebee BBQ Sauce
- 2 cups shredded Fiesta Blend Cheese
Garnish (optional)
- green onions
- corn
- tomatoes
- guacamole
- red onion
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brush the tortillas with oil and bake for 3-5 minutes per side, until crispy.
Step 2
Pour Firebee BBQ Sauce over the shredded chicken and stir to combine.
Step 3
Divide the chicken between the tortillas and top with cheese.
Step 4
Bake for 6-8 minutes or until heated through and the cheese is melted
Step 5
Top with optional garnishments as desired.
Step 6
